Dr. Tim Flood has been teaching Communication and Entrepreneurship classes at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, for 22 years - and counting! Go Heels! He has been immersed in the NC startup scene since Launch Box and the Triangle Startup Factory, back when the American Underground was new. Tim splits his time between Greensboro and Chapel Hill, he’s the very proud father of two amazing young men, and will, some day, get that Jeep in the yard running and road-ready again! Monique is the Economic Development Manager for the Wake Forest Business and Industry Partnership (WFBIP). Before joining Wake Forest, she spent more than a decade working in the Town of Louisburg, the county seat of Franklin County, focusing on customer service, utilities, project management as well as economic development. A native of Warren County, North Carolina, just south of the Virginia border and north of Wake Forest, Monique is a graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a North Carolina Certified Economic Developer (NCCED). She’s passionate about helping businesses and entrepreneurs build, grow, and expand, while connecting them with opportunities to market their services within the community.
